By enrolling in a Giddy-Up Riders of Kansas City membership, members agree to abide by all club rules, safety guidelines, and code of conduct.

Membership dues are non-refundable and must be kept current to maintain active status. A 10-day grace period is allowed for late payments.

Participation in riding activities and events involves inherent risks. All members (or guardians for minors) must have a signed liability waiver on file prior to participation.

Giddy-Up Riders of Kansas City reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership due to misconduct, unsafe behavior, or failure to follow club policies.

Membership benefits may change as the organization grows and expands programming.

Shipping Policy

At Giddy-up Riders of Kansas City, we are committed to getting your orders processed and delivered in a timely and reliable manner.

🔹 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt, unless otherwise noted.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

🔹 Shipping Methods & Costs

Orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size and location.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery address.
Free local pickup may be available for select events or by arrangement.

🔹 Delivery Estimates

Domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak seasons — we are not responsible for these delays once your package is in the carrier’s hands.

🔹 Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage.
If your order is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but Giddy-up Riders is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked “delivered.”

🔹 International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. International shipping may be available by request — additional costs and timelines apply.
