🔹 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt, unless otherwise noted.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
🔹 Shipping Methods & Costs

Orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size and location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery address.

Free local pickup may be available for select events or by arrangement.
🔹 Delivery Estimates

Domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak seasons — we are not responsible for these delays once your package is in the carrier’s hands.
🔹 Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage.

If your order is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but Giddy-up Riders is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked “delivered.”
