Refund Policy

At Giddy-up Riders of Kansas City, every purchase and donation helps us sustain our horses, programs, and community outreach. Because of the mission-driven nature of our work, we maintain the following policy:

🔹 All Sales Final

  • All sales, donations, event tickets, and merchandise purchases are final.

  • Refunds, returns, or cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed.

🔹 Exchanges

  • Exchanges may only be offered for defective or damaged merchandise.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and require proof of purchase.

​

🔹 Shipping Issues

  • If your item is damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 days so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.

  • Giddy-up Riders is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered.”
